"How Deep is Your Love" - Mary & Jody

This past weekend while The Perfect Details was in Lincoln, Massachusetts we were also up in New Hampshire at Squam Lake for Mary and Jody's wedding! This was rustic elegance at its best and I had quite the A Team up here as well. The couple wanted to honor the beauty of the Lakes region but also "kick it up a notch". The tennis court was transformed into a beautiful tent for the reception, cocktail hour was closer to the lake front and the ceremony took place on Church Island.
Now, I know you're thinking - an island? Do you have to get there by boat? YES! This was literally planes, trains, automobiles, BUSSES and BOATS! Don't let anyone kid you - organizing this much transportation is a logisitical feat unto its own! And thanks again to Mother Nature for creating the most perfect weather!!!
I had so much fun helping in designing this wedding from taking Mary's color palette and using square tables, the tent lighting, the linens, the china, the glassware, the flowers! All of it was just spectacular!

Thanks to the A Team which includes Seacoast Tents, Rentals Unlimited, The White Apron Catering (Julie and Jay - you rock!), Port Lighting (Brian - you guys were the best!!), Boston Party Machine (rocked the house), Carrie's Cakes, Rachael Berkowitz for Hair and Makeup and last but certainly not least, Dana Markos Events for Flowers. WOW is all I can say about the combination of it all!

And on top of all of that, the Groom's family threw a great "Welcome Party" for all the guests who were in town at the Woodshed Restaurant in Moultonborough. If you are in the area and need a place for a great meal, do yourself a favor and go to the Woodshed. THANK YOU Denise and your wonderful staff for setting the tone for the entire wedding with your warm hospitality!
Special thanks to the Groom's brother, Tom. Tom built a beautiful second home on the property that all the guests wanted to take a peek in and he worked like a madman to make sure that everything looked beautiful on the property for his brother's wedding, as well as help boat people over for rehearsal and during the wedding day. It's always nice when I see family that comes together and helps put on the ULTIMATE party!
Last but not least, I have to thank my amazing assistants - Deanna and Katie!!! WOW! ladies are the best and I am so thankful that you actually listen to me!! (Just kidding!)

Congrats Mary and Jody!
