Materials:

  • Various glass containers
  • Spray Bottle
  • Water
  • White Vinegar
  • Krylon looking glass spray
  • Paper Towels
  • Newspaper

Make sure all glass is thoroughly cleaned. Spread out newspaper for work area. Fill spray bottle with 1 part white vinegar and 1 part water. Set spray to finest mist. Gently spray the outside of your glass container with a fine mist of your vinegar/water solution. Follow up almost immediately with a gentle even layer of metallic spray. Allow to dry for about a minute before spraying your glass again with vinegar/water solution. If you see small beading on the glass from the water solution you are on the right track. Allow to dry for 2 minutes before gently plotting small beading of water solution off your glass. Do not rub as it will cause the metallic spray to streak. Repeat the process 3-5 times until you receive your desired results. Allow glass several hours to dry completely before moving.
