Thirsty Thursday - Solstice


  • 1 part Bacardi Superior Rum
  • 1/2 part Ramazzotti Amaro
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 1/4 part fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 one-inch cubes ripe cantaloupe or Charentais melon
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Directions: In a shaker, muddle melon in the bottom with syrup. Add all other ingredients and ice. Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Twist a lemon rind over top.
