Thirsty Thursday - Solstice
- 1 part Bacardi Superior Rum
- 1/2 part Ramazzotti Amaro
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- 1/4 part fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 4 one-inch cubes ripe cantaloupe or Charentais melon
- Lemon twist for garnish
Directions: In a shaker, muddle melon in the bottom with syrup. Add all other ingredients and ice. Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Twist a lemon rind over top.
